Brown Sugar Oat Pops
Ingredients
Brown Sugar Syrup:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup water
Cornstarch Slurry:
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
Oat milk
- 150 ml condensed milk
- 1 ½ cup oat milk
- ½ cup brewed coffee
Instructions
- Add 1 ½ cup oat milk
- Add ½ cup coffee
- Add 150 ml condensed milk
- Mix and set aside
- To a pot add ½ cup water and ½ cup brown sugar
- Bring to a boil
- Add cornstarch slurry
- Cook for 5 minutes to thicken
- Add brown sugar syrup to ice pop mold
- Pour oat milk mix on top
- Freeze overnight
- Enjoy
