Oat Crepes with Coriander Crema

Ingrédients

Part 1 – Crepe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup coriander

Part 2 – Coriander Crema Ingredients:

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • Coriander
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ sugar
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour your rolled oats into a blender and blend to a powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, add your blended oats, salt, eggs, milk, coriander and whisk to a smooth batter.
  3. Brush pan with oil.
  4. Spoon batter onto pan in a circle and cook for 1 min.
  5. Flip the crepe and continue to cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Repeat for the remaining batter.

Instructions for Coriander Crema

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth sauce.
  2. Pour into a sauce bowl and enjoy with your crepes.
