Mini oat flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • To a blender, add oats, water, and salt
  • Blend then let batter sit for 15 mins
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for 5 mins
  • Flip and cook for an additional 4 mins
  • Enjoy with cucumbers and goat cheese or spread of your choice
