Oat and Lentil Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 cup moong daal washed and soaked overnight
- handful coriander chopped
- 1/3 cup tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup rolled oats blended
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
Instructions
- Rinse and strain moong daal
- Blend with 2-3 tbsp water till smooth
- Add ginger paste, tomato, coriander, blended oats, salt, cumin, coriander
- Mix well
- Add baking powder and mix again
- Oil pan and add 1/4 pancake batter
- Drizzle oil then cover and cook for 5 mins
- Flip, and cook for an additional 4 mins
- Serve with tamarind sauce
