Oat bagels
Servings: 6 portions
Ingredients
- 2 cups. Oat flour
- 1 cup. Greek yogurt without sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
To decorate:
- 1 beaten egg for glazing
- 2 tbsp. bagel seasoning or seeds *Optional
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with the egg until incorporated.
- Add the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Knead until the dough is homogeneous and manageable.
- Portion the dough into 6 portions.
- Shape the bagels with your hands.
- Place on a greased or waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with bagel seasoning or seeds.
- Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve your bagels with your favorite filling.

Notes
- Use different seeds such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds or oat flakes.
- For a neutral version do not spoloverees seasoning or seeds.
- Fill with light cream cheese, fresh fruit or smoked salmon, ham, etc.
