
Oat-crusted Potato Cutlets

Instructions
- Blend ¼ cup oats, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp parsley, and ½ tsp salt
- Set aside
- Whisk 1 egg and set aside
- Mash 3 boiled potatoes
- Add 2 green chilies
- Add coriander and onion
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 tsp salt
- Mix well and form cutlet
- Time to coat the cutlets
- Dip each cutlet into egg mix then into oat coating
- Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side
- Garnish with fresh coriander
