Oat Mosaic Jelly
Servings: 15 portions
Ingredients
- 2 cups. Oat milk
- 1/2 cup. Oatmeal
- 3 tbsp. Sweetener
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 10 gr. Grenetin
- ¼ cup. Water
- 4 different flavors of unsweetened powdered gelatin e.g. strawberry, lemon, orange and grape
- Sufficient water
Instructions
- Prepare flavored gelatins according to package directions.
- Pour each one into a mold, making sure the mixture does not exceed 2 cm. in height.
- Refrigerate the flavored gelatins until set.
- Hydrate the grenetina with 1⁄4 cup water. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes until firm.
- Blend the oat milk with the oats, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Incorporate the previously melted grenetina and continue blending until it is integrated.
- Cut the flavored gelatins into cubes and place in a deep mold.
- Cover with the oatmeal jelly mixture.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, ideally overnight.

Notes
- Decorate with fresh fruits: strawberries, kiwi, blackberries, etc.
- To prevent the gelatin from sticking to the mold, place a light layer of oil in the mold.
- You can prepare individual portions in individual molds.
