Oatmeal and Cocoa Cereal
Servings: 4 portions
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup Oat flour
- ½ cup Peanut or almond butter.
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with waxed paper or a baking mat.
- In a bowl, mix butter, honey and vanilla.
- Add the oat flour, cocoa and salt. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out the figures with a miniature cutter.
- Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.

- Serve with milk or a vegetable drink.
- Serve with yogurt and fruit for a complete breakfast.
- You can prepare a colorful version by dividing the dough and mixing with fruit purees.
