Oatmeal Burger

Ingredients
- 175 grams of ground beef
- 1/4 cup plain, whole oats
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 tablespoon mustard
- 1/8 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are well incorporated, prepare the burger of the desired size and place waxed paper between each one to prevent them from sticking.
- Cook in a pan with a little olive oil over low heat until slightly golden on both sides.
- Serve on hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and preferred toppings.
