Oats and Fruits Rainbow Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1/2 cup oat flakes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup. Natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped mango
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen kiwifruit
- ¼ cup. Fresh spinach
- ½ pce. cooked carrot
- ½ cup. Frozen chopped peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or frozen blackberries
Instructions
- To prepare this smoothie, the first thing to do is to prepare the oat base.
- Blend the oat milk together with the oat flakes, banana, yogurt and honey.
- Divide this mixture into 5 equal parts.
- Take part of the mixture and blend with the spinach and kiwi; pour into a glass. Repeat this step with all the colors.
- Blend some of the mixture with the mango and serve on top of the green mixture.
- Blend the next part with the peaches and carrot; serve over the yellow mixture.
- Blend the oat smoothie with the strawberries and serve over the orange mixture.
- Blend the last part of the mixture with the blueberries or blackberries and place on top of the red mixture.
- Serve your Smoothie decorated with fresh fruits.

Notes
- When pouring the layers of fruit puree into the glass, do so carefully and slowly to avoid mixing and to achieve a clear, vibrant rainbow effect.
- Experiment with different fruit combinations to create your own personalized rainbow.
- If you don't use frozen fruits you can add ice to make your smoothie very refreshing.
