Tiramisu Flavored Overnight Oats

Ingredients
For the reposed oatmeal:
- 2 cups. Oat milk
- ½ cup. Brewed coffee
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. bee or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups. Oatmeal
- 8 tbsp. chia seeds
To decorate:
- ¼ cup. Cream cheese or mascarpone cheese
- ¾ cup. Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
Instructions
- In each jar place ½ cup oats and 2 tbsp. chia and set aside.
- In a cup combine milk, coffee, honey and vanilla extract.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Mix the cream cheese with the honey and yogurt until incorporated.
- Serve the oatmeal with a layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cocoa.
- For a sugar-free version use no-calorie sweeteners such as monk fruit or stevia.
- If you are sensitive to caffeine, use decaffeinated coffee.
- Resting oats can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
