In each jar place ½ cup oats and 2 tbsp. chia and set aside.
In a cup combine milk, coffee, honey and vanilla extract.
Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Mix the cream cheese with the honey and yogurt until incorporated.
Serve the oatmeal with a layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cocoa.
For a sugar-free version use no-calorie sweeteners such as monk fruit or stevia.
If you are sensitive to caffeine, use decaffeinated coffee.
Resting oats can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
