Heat oil
Add garlic and chillies
Add mushrooms and soy sauce
Sauté for 8 minutes
Set mushrooms aside
Heat 2 tbsp of oil
Add 2 tbsp of flour
Cook flour for 2-3 minutes
Slowly pour in oat milk while whisking
Add salt
Add cooked mushrooms back in and combine
Remove from heat and add boiled pasta
Add parmesan
