Cutlet mixture:

Blend ¼ cup oats, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp parsley, and ½ tsp salt
Set aside
Whisk 1 egg and set aside
Mash 3 boiled potatoes
Add 2 green chilies
Add coriander and onion
Add 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 tsp salt
Mix well and form cutlet
Time to coat the cutlets
Dip each cutlet into egg mix then into oat coating
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side
Garnish with fresh coriander
