Oatmeal Cheese Buns
Servings: 6 portions
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ tbsp. Oat flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. ground chia
- 1 ½ tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 Eggs
- 150 gr. Manchego cheese
- Sunflower for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl or deep bowl mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, salt, ground chia, baking powder, oregano, parsley and garlic powder.
- Add the olive oil and 3 eggs; mix until you have a dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 portions and form discs: place a cube of cheese in the center and close.
- Brush with the remaining egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place in a recipient if you want it to hold its shape better use a muffin recipient.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until lightly browned.

Notes
- Experiment with different cheeses as fillings, you can use cream cheese or your favorite cheese to fill the breads.
- Decorate with seeds or oat flakes.
- Reserve in an airtight container for approximately 2 days.
