Mini oat flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- To a blender, add oats, water, and salt
- Blend then let batter sit for 15 mins
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for 5 mins
- Flip and cook for an additional 4 mins
- Enjoy with cucumbers and goat cheese or spread of your choice
