Mini oat flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  1. To a blender, add oats, water, and salt
  2. Blend then let batter sit for 15 mins
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook for 5 mins
  4. Flip and cook for an additional 4 mins
  5. Enjoy with cucumbers and goat cheese or spread of your choice
