Oat and Lentil Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup moong daal washed and soaked overnight
  • handful coriander chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats blended
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander

Instructions
 

  1. Rinse and strain moong daal
  2. Blend with 2-3 tbsp water till smooth
  3. Add ginger paste, tomato, coriander, blended oats, salt, cumin, coriander
  4. Mix well
  5. Add baking powder and mix again
  6. Oil pan and add 1/4 pancake batter
  7. Drizzle oil then cover and cook for 5 mins
  8. Flip, and cook for an additional 4 mins
  9. Serve with tamarind sauce
