Oatmeal and Cocoa Cereal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ⅓ cup Oat flour
  • ½ cup Peanut or almond butter.
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with waxed paper or a baking mat.
  2. In a bowl, mix butter, honey and vanilla.
  3. Add the oat flour, cocoa and salt. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out the figures with a miniature cutter.
  5. Place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.

Notes

  • Serve with milk or a vegetable drink.
  • Serve with yogurt and fruit for a complete breakfast.
  • You can prepare a colorful version by dividing the dough and mixing with fruit purees.
