In a Saucepan off heat combine agar-agar powder, cocoa powder and brown sugar.
Add oat milk gradually whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Place the saucepan on medium heat. Stir constantly and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
Let it boil for 1–2 minutes while whisking continuously — this helps activate the agar-agar fully.
Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Mix until smooth.
Lightly grease a silicone loaf dish / mold
Pour the mixture into silicone mould
Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully firm.
Once set, remove and slice with a sharp knife. You can dust with cocoa powder or top with berries or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
