
Chicken rolled oat soup

- In a blender, blend coriander and chilli together with a little water and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions. Sauté till soft and translucent.
- Add ginger and garlic and sauté again.
- Add chicken pieces and cook.
- Now add rolled oats. Sauté for a minute.
- Add the green coriander-chilli paste, chicken bouillon, and water.
- Add salt and pepper
- Simmer for 5–6 minutes until oats are soft and soup slightly thickens.
- Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot.
