
Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Instructions
- Pulse nuts and seeds in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add dates, oats, coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and peanut butter.
- Blend until the mixture comes together.
- Transfer to a 9 x 9 inch pan and press firmly with damp hands.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press them in.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
