- In a bowl, mix the milk with the matcha until there are no lumps.
- Add the oats, yoghurt, sweetener and vanilla. Mix well.
- Divide into jars with lids and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- The next morning, serve with fresh fruit and your favorite toppings.
TIP
- If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little extra milk when serving. You can also layer it: oats with matcha + plain yoghurt + fruit.
