
Chocolate Pumpkin Seed Oat Energy Bites
Power up with whole-grain oats, pumpkin seed butter, pumpkin seeds, and chia! These bites deliver energy, protein, and fibre to help you crush cravings and manage munchies. If you don’t have pumpkin seed butter, you can swap in natural peanut butter or almond butter.

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together with a wooden spoon until combined.
- With damp hands, mix together completely.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of mixture and form into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Roll each ball in coconut flakes if desired.
- Store energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Energy bar option:
- Energy Bar Option: Firmly press mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking pan. Cover and chill for one hour, then slice into bars.
