Espresso Oat Shake

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pitted date
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  1. Pour your rolled oats into a blender and blend to a powder.
  2. To the blended oats, add milk, pitted date, espresso powder, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, and blend.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
