
Oatmeal Panna Cotta and Strawberry Sauce

For the Panna Cotta:
- Mix the oat milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add the agar agar powder once the mixture boils and reduce the heat.
- Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the agar agar is completely dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken slightly.
- Pour the mixture into molds or small cups.
- Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours until the panna cotta sets completely.
For the Strawberry Sauce:
- In a saucepan place the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries soften and the mixture begins to bubble.
- Let cool and blend.
- Strain and refrigerate until used with the panna cotta.
Assembly:
- Unmold the panna cotta by running a knife around the edges of the molds and turning them out onto a plate.
- Serve the panna cotta with the strawberry sauce on top and garnish with some fresh strawberries if desired.

- You can adjust the amount of sugar in the sauce according to your taste.
- If you do not have molds, you can serve the panna cotta directly in individual cups or glasses.
