Oat-battered fish pakoras

Ingredients
For the batter:
- 4 tbsp oat flour
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/3 cup water
Other ingredients:
- Basa fish cut into 2-inch
Instructions
- Mix all the batter ingredients together in a bowl
- Dip fish into batter and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
- Serve with sauce of choice and enjoy!
