Oat milk – 3 flavors: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate

Vanilla for the classics, strawberry for a fruity twist, and chocolate for the indulgent moments.
This easy oat milk recipe comes together in just 30 minutes using simple ingredients you probably already have at home. Smooth, refreshing, and perfect for coffee, smoothies, cereal, or sipping straight from the glass.

Ingredients
  

Base for each version
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 960 ml cold water
  • teaspoon xanthan gum
Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
Strawberries
  • 300 g fresh strawberries
Chocolate
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 medjool dates pitted

Instructions
 

  1. For each flavor of oat milk, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth, a fine sieve, or a clean cloth.
  3. Pour into a clean glass bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  4. Shake well before each use, as the mixture tends to separate.

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter flavor, you can add agave honey, coconut sugar or more dates. 
  • For a creamier texture, use less water (approx. 750 ml). 
  • Works great in smoothies, iced coffee or with cereal.
