Spicy Oat & Fish Patties
Ingrédients
- ½ cup oats
- 12 oz tuna
- ½ cup fresh coriander chopped
- ½ medium onion thinly slices
- 1 green chilli minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Blend ½ cup oats and set aside
- Add 12 oz tuna and blended oats
- Add fresh coriander, onions, green chillies
- Add ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper
- Add 1 egg
- Mix well
- Use an ice cream scoop to form patties
- Time to fry
- Fry patties for 3-4 mins
- Flip and fry for another 3-4 mins
- Enjoy!
