Brown Sugar Oat Pops

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water

Cornstarch Slurry:

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water

Oat milk

  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cup oat milk
  • ½ cup brewed coffee

Instructions

  • Add 1 ½ cup oat milk
  • Add ½ cup coffee
  • Add 150 ml condensed milk
  • Mix and set aside
  • To a pot add ½ cup water and ½ cup brown sugar
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add cornstarch slurry
  • Cook for 5 minutes to thicken
  • Add brown sugar syrup to ice pop mold
  • Pour oat milk mix on top
  • Freeze overnight
  • Enjoy
