Oat-battered fish pakoras

Ingredients
  

For the batter:
  • 4 tbsp oat flour
  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/3 cup water
Other ingredients:
  • Basa fish cut into 2-inch

Instructions
 

  1. Mix all the batter ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Dip fish into batter and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
  3. Serve with sauce of choice and enjoy!
