Light Ranch Oatmeal Oil-Free Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup. Oat milk
  • ¼ cup Oats
  • 1 cup. Soft tofu
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. of fresh or dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. fresh or dried dill
  • 1 tbsp. fresh or dried chives

Instructions
 

  1. Blend the oat milk, oatmeal, and soft tofu. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients: white vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt until blended.
  3. Stir in the herbs, parsley, dill and chives.
  4. Place the dressing in an airtight jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to integrate well.

Notes

  • If you prefer a more liquid dressing, add a little more oat milk.
  • Enjoy a healthy and light ranch dressing, perfect for salads or as a dip.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
