Brown Sugar Oat Pops

Oat Type Instant Oats

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water

Cornstarch Slurry:

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water

Oat milk

  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cup oat milk
  • ½ cup brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Add 1 ½ cup oat milk
  2. Add ½ cup coffee
  3. Add 150 ml condensed milk
  4. Mix and set aside
  5. To a pot add ½ cup water and ½ cup brown sugar
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Add cornstarch slurry
  8. Cook for 5 minutes to thicken
  9. Add brown sugar syrup to ice pop mold
  10. Pour oat milk mix on top
  11. Freeze overnight
  12. Enjoy
