
Light Ranch Oatmeal Oil-Free Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup. Oat milk
- ¼ cup Oats
- 1 cup. Soft tofu
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. of fresh or dried parsley
- 1 tbsp. fresh or dried dill
- 1 tbsp. fresh or dried chives
Instructions
- Blend the oat milk, oatmeal, and soft tofu. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Place the mixture in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients: white vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt until blended.
- Stir in the herbs, parsley, dill and chives.
- Place the dressing in an airtight jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to integrate well.

- If you prefer a more liquid dressing, add a little more oat milk.
