Light Ranch Oatmeal Oil-Free Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup. Oat milk
  • ¼ cup Oats
  • 1 cup. Soft tofu
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. of fresh or dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. fresh or dried dill
  • 1 tbsp. fresh or dried chives

Instructions

  • Blend the oat milk, oatmeal, and soft tofu. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Place the mixture in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients: white vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt until blended.
  • Stir in the herbs, parsley, dill and chives.
  • Place the dressing in an airtight jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to integrate well.

  • If you prefer a more liquid dressing, add a little more oat milk.
  • Enjoy a healthy and light ranch dressing, perfect for salads or as a dip.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
