Oat-crusted Potato Cutlets

Oat Type Instant Oats, Oat Flour

Ingredients

Dry Coating:

  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry parsley
  • ½ salt tsp

Wet Coating:

  • 1 egg

Cutlet mixture:

  • 3 potatoes
  • ½ medium onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 green chillies minced

Instructions

  1. Blend ¼ cup oats, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp parsley, and ½ tsp salt
  2. Set aside
  3. Whisk 1 egg and set aside
  4. Mash 3 boiled potatoes
  5. Add 2 green chilies
  6. Add coriander and onion
  7. Add 1 tsp coriander powder and 2 tsp salt
  8. Mix well and form cutlet
  9. Time to coat the cutlets
  10. Dip each cutlet into egg mix then into oat coating
  11. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side
  12. Garnish with fresh coriander
