Tiramisu Flavored Overnight Oats

Ingredients

For the reposed oatmeal:

  • 2 cups. Oat milk
  • ½ cup. Brewed coffee
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. bee or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups. Oatmeal
  • 8 tbsp. chia seeds

To decorate:

  • ¼ cup. Cream cheese or mascarpone cheese
  • ¾ cup. Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  • In each jar place ½ cup oats and 2 tbsp. chia and set aside.
  • In a cup combine milk, coffee, honey and vanilla extract.
  • Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the honey and yogurt until incorporated.
  • Serve the oatmeal with a layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cocoa.
  • For a sugar-free version use no-calorie sweeteners such as monk fruit or stevia.
  • If you are sensitive to caffeine, use decaffeinated coffee.
  • Resting oats can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
