Spicy Oat & Fish Patties

Ingrédients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 12 oz tuna
  • ½ cup fresh coriander chopped
  • ½ medium onion thinly slices
  • 1 green chilli minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Blend ½ cup oats and set aside
  • Add 12 oz tuna and blended oats
  • Add fresh coriander, onions, green chillies
  • Add ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper
  • Add 1 egg
  • Mix well
  • Use an ice cream scoop to form patties
  • Time to fry
  • Fry patties for 3-4 mins
  • Flip and fry for another 3-4 mins
  • Enjoy!
