Spicy Oat & Fish Patties

Type d’avoine Avoine instantanée

Ingrédients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 12 oz tuna
  • ½ cup fresh coriander chopped
  • ½ medium onion thinly slices
  • 1 green chilli minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Blend ½ cup oats and set aside
  2. Add 12 oz tuna and blended oats
  3. Add fresh coriander, onions, green chillies
  4. Add ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper
  5. Add 1 egg
  6. Mix well
  7. Use an ice cream scoop to form patties
  8. Time to fry
  9. Fry patties for 3-4 mins
  10. Flip and fry for another 3-4 mins
  11. Enjoy!
