  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Yogurt dip

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chipotle adobo
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place in a large bowl.

  2. Finely chop herbs, celery, onion and garlic.

  3. Add to the bowl and mix.

  4. Stir in the egg, oat bran and season to taste with salt and pepper. You can add a spicy touch with dried chili if you wish.

  5. If you still can't form into croquettes, add more bran if needed.

  6. Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and form into flattened croquettes.

  7. Cook either in the oven, air fryer or in oil on the stove until crispy. I cook in olive oil for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until crispy. Place on paper towels and enjoy.

  8. For the dip mix all the ingredients, if you want it spicy add hot paprika to taste and serve with the croquettes.
