Matcha Oat Bliss Balls
These are a quick and easy no-bake treat. They are vegan and have no added sugar. The matcha, oats and almond pack a powerful punch of healthy goodness.

- 1 cup oats (quick or rolled)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/4 cup dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips,dairy free, (optional)
Instructions
Pit the dates, place them into a bowl, and cover them with hot water.
